THE MORNING CALL. WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 1993 B9 1 Charles H. Williams Jr. i Russell Reinhard, 56; founded Mountainville Legion baseball team Anna Sugra Anna Sugra of 1067 Old Stone Road, Allentown, died Tuesday, Dec. 1, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

She was the wife of the late John A. Sugra Sr. She worked in retail sales in Florida for many years before retiring. Previously, she was a supervisor for the Western Electric formerly of Allentown. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Dmitro and Mary (Kruba) Rudakewicz.

Russell M. Reinhard, 56, of 715 S. Woodward Allen-town, died Monday, Nov. 30, in his home. He was employed by the Allentown streets department for 20 years until 1996.

In 1982, he Petronella 'Pat' Evans Petronella "Pat" Evans, 76, of 1317 Greenview Drive, Bethlehem, died Sunday, Nov. 29, in Manor-Care Health Services, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of the late Curtis Evans. She was a seamstress at various Allentown factories, last working at the former Miss Robin Dress Co. Born in Shenandoah, Schuylkill County, she was a daughter of the late Constantine and Elizabeth Bubnis.

She was a member of Church of the Manger United Church of Christ, Bethlehem. Survivors: Son, Curtis D. of Center Valley; sister, Anna Zigas of Long Island, N.Y.; brother John in Lithuania, three grandchildren and two step-grandchildren. Memorial Services: 11 a.m. Saturday in the church.

Albert, 66, of Lake Minsi Drive, Bangor, died Monday, Nov. 30, at home. She was the wife of A. Robert Albert. They were married for 49 years in June.

A member of the International Ladies' Garment Workers Union, she was a sewing machine operator for the former Sportswear, Johnson ville, for 18 years until retiring in 1985. Born in Pen Argyl, she was a daughter of the late Walter G. and Mary Ann (Marsh) Bowers. She was a member of First United Evangelical Congregational Church, Bangor, and its Joy Sunday school class. Survivors: Husband; sons, Craig of Wind Gap and Barry and William both of Bangor; sister, Vel-ma Siegfried of Bangor, and four grandchildren.

Services: 11 a.m. Friday, Hough Home for Funerals, 207 Market Bangor. Call 10-11 a.m. Friday. Contributions: To the church or VNA of Easton Hospice.

Carleene L.M. Soter Carleene L. "Nanny" Manfra Soter, 72, of Albrightsville died Tuesday, Dec. 1, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of Stanley Z.

Soter. Bom in Jacksonville, she was the daughter of the late Otis and Ruth Gotto. She was a Presbyterian. Survivors: Husband; sons, Howard T. Manfra of Hackettstown, N.J., and Michael W.

Manfra Sr. of Washington, N.J.; daughter, Betty Ann, wife of Ted Stevens of Stroudsburg; sisters, Betty Starkey in Indiana and Ann Breeden of Mount Juliet, brother, Wayne of Nashville, stepson, Stanley J. Soter of Clarks Summit, Lackawanna County; stepdaughter, Mary Alice Lutz of Scranton, and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews A daughter, Janice E. Hunter, died in 1994. He was the husband of Agnes A. (Krem-sner) Williams. He was a maintenance and equipment foreman, most recently for Kloss Allentown, for 10 years. Previously, he worked for Freeman's Dairy, formerly of Al- lentown, for 30 years. Born in Catasauqua, he was a son of the late Charles H.

Sr. and Ethel J. (Arthur) Williams. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Catasauqua. Survivors: Wife; son, James at home; daughters, Jane wile of Stephen Gillette of Catasauqua, Judith wife of Donald Stratton of Salisbury Township, and Janet wife of Rodney Schoeneberger of Whitehall Township; sisters, Margareta, wife of Morris Keller of Catasauqua, and Elsie, wife of Lester Bartholemew of Allentown, and seven grandchildren.

They were married for 57 years Sunday. Self-employed, he operated a mining and excavation company. Born in Still Creek, Tamaqua, he was a son of the late Victor and Christina (Student) Lech. He was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church, Tamaqua.

He was also a life member of the Little Schuylkill Conservation Club.
