DONALD E. BROWN Donald E. Brown, 76, of Orwigsburg, died June 27 in Doylestown. He was married to Ellen M. (Beaver) Brown for 15 years.

He owned and operated Pool Hellertown, for 27 years. Born in Johnson City, N.Y., he was a son of the late Harold and Sarah (Barrett) Brown. He was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Doylestown. He was a Navy veteran of World War II, stationed on the USS Miami during the Pacific Invasion. Previously, she was a trimmer for Holz Allentown, for 10 years. Born in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late Rollin and Emma (Gould) Burrows. She was a Protestant. Survivors: Son, Raymond with whom she resided; daughters, Elizabeth J. Horn of Hellertown, Mary J.

Amey, 90, of Coopersburg, died June 27 in St. Luke's Quakertown Hospital. He was married to Verena (Rumsey) Amey for 70 years in April. He was the founder of the Coopersburg Saw Shop, which he owned since 1954 and turned over to his son James 1991. Previously, he worked in the HDM machine shop of Bethlehem Steel Corp.

Born in Coopersburg, he was a son of the late Linford and Daisy (Cressman) Amey. He was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Coopersburg. He was a life member of the Coopersburg Historical Society. Survivors: Wife; son, Dayton of Orlando, three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.

Born in Cambra, Luzerne County, she was a daughter of the late Helen (Barrett) Baer Lechleitner and stepdaughter of the late John Lechleitner. He was also a camp counselor for the South Bethlehem Neighborhood Center. Born in Allentown, he was a son of Henry R.

Marushak Jr. of Allentown and Linda (Hertzog) Lukow, with whom he resided. He served as a linguist in the Army. Survivors: Parents; daughter, Emma L. He was a member and former steward of Teamsters Local 773, Allentown. Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late Lester and Helen (Fulmer) Himmelwright. He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Coplay. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War and a member of American Legion Post 426, Coplay.
