MORNING CALL OBITUARIES TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2002 B9 ALBERT A. ATIYEH Albert A. Atiyeh, 81, of Allentown, formerly of Syria, died Dec. 8 in Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown. He was married to Sheila (Azar) Atiyeh for 63 years in October.

He worked in the maintenance department for the city of Allentown, for 15 years before retiring in 1986. Previously, he worked for Quaker Shoe Factory, Allentown. Born in Amar El Hisson, Syria, he was a son of the late Abraham A. and Debee S. (Solomon) Atiyeh.

He was a member of Lehigh Congregation of Jehovah's 5 Witnesses. Survivors: Wife; sons, George, Robert and Jack, and daughters, Yvonne A. Barrett, Yvette A. Neidig and Mae, all of Allentown; brother, Anees of Allentown; sisters, Jamileh Khal in Venezuela, Anisa in Syria, Wastine of Allentown; seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, a greatgreat-grandchild; nieces, nephews. RADCLIFFE Eva B. Radcliffe, 80, of 772 State Long Swamp Township, died Dec. 8 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of Charles E. Radcliffe, who died in June.

She worked in various departments of Radcliffe's Store, Mertztown, for more than 20 years before retiring in 1965. Born in Longswamp Township, she was a daughter of the late William T. and Carrie M. (Fegley) Pilgert. She was a member of St.

She was a 1973 graduate of East Stroudsburg University. Born in Scranton, she was a daughter of the late James and Anna (Nelson) Robling. (Berger) Metz, who died in 1992. He was an automobile mechanic for Degler's Garage, Shartlesville and Schlenker Motors, Hamburg, before retiring in 1984. Previously, he was a deputy game protector in Berks County for the Pennsylvania Game Commission and a school bus driver for the Hamburg School District. Born in Auburn, he was a son of the late David L. and Lottie (Wolfe) Metz.

He was a member of St. Michael's Lutheran Church, Tilden Township. He was a volunteer fireman and former trustee of Shartlesville Fire Company, and a former president of Shartlesville Fish and Game Association. Survivors: Son, Larry E. of Shartlesville; daughter, Adriana K.
