Rudich Margaret K. Rudich, 86, of Palmer Township, passed away Friday, August 22, 2008, in Easton Hospital. She was born on August 3, 1922, in Newark, N.J., she was a daughter of the late Michael and Mary Sofranik Kohut. Her husband, Stephen passed away June 9, 1994. Margaret was an avid reader.

She was a volunteer for Easton Hospital and the former V.N.A. of Easton Children's Clinic. Margaret was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church. Survivors: She is survived by a son, Stephen Jan Rudich and his wife Laurie, of Easton; two daughters, Nora Sunderland and Jane Rudich, both of Palmer Township; a sister, Eleanor Bellion, of Monroe, N.C., and two much loved grandsons, Philip and Samuel Rudich.

A son, Thomas died August 7, 1994. She was predeceased by four brothers, Joseph, George, Stephen and Michael and three sisters, Elizabeth Kohut, Anne Gunnells and Theresa Szakacs. Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the church, 4049 Hartley Easton. Call Tuesday 6-8 p.m.

BUY with Lehigh THE James R. Rehrig James R. Rehrig, 74, of Quakertown, died Tuesday, August 19, in St. Luke's Bethlehem Hospital. He was the husband of Sandra L.

(Hottle) Rehrig. They would have been married 44 years on September 26. He was a press operator for the former Moore Business Forms, now Donnelly for over 20 years before retiring. After retiring, he worked at AD Computer for over 10 years. Born in Richlandtown, he was a son of the late Harold D.

and Ada (Mease) Rehrig. He graduated from Quakertown High School, Class of 1952 and Bethlehem Business School. He served with the Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Pleasant Valley. He was an Exhausted Rooster and served as past treasurer of the Quakertown Jaycees.

Survivors: Jim will be lovingly remembered by his wife; daughter, Diane R. Hughes and husband, Dr. Douglas of Port Orange, son, John W. Rehrig and wife Jennifer with whom he resided; three grandchildren. He was predeceased by sister, Barbara A.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of Mary T.

(Sinkovits) Molchany, of Coplay, and the late Jacob R. Molchany. He was a 1974 graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School and a 1978 graduate of Kings College in Wilkes Barre. Jerome was employed as a research psychologist and a systems administrator for the Army Walter Reed Institute of Research, Brooke City Base, San Antonio, in Texas. He was an Army Veteran retiring as a sergeant.

He was of the Catholic faith. Survivors: Mother; brothers, Jacob J. and his wife, Antoinette of Coplay, Thomas F. and his wife, Deanna of Northampton, Michael F. Coplay, long time friend, Brett Garner of Mico, Texas, nephews, nieces.

Toman Sr. John A. Toman Sr. 65 of Hudson, Florida formerly of Allentown died on August 19, 2008 in Morton Plant North Bay Hospital in New Port Richey, Florida. Husband of Erma A.

(Zahorchak) Toman, they would have been married 47 years on August 26. Born in Allentown on ruary 9, 1943, son of Stefie (Cas) Toman of Coplay and the late Rudolph Toman Sr. He was a Commercial Claims Specialist for Nationwide Insurance Company retiring in February, 2008. Survivors: Wife Erma; Daughters Shelley, wife of William Moyer, IV of New Tripoli, Carrie, wife of Charles Marshall of Samson, Sons Scott A. and wife Rebecca of York, John A.

Jr. and wife Stacey of Allentown; brothers, Randolph and wife Karen of Bethlehem, Rudolph Jr. and wife Jane, and Dennis and wife Adele, all of Allentown; a sister, Cynthia Toman of Coplay; nine grandchildren, Melissa, Paula, Tara, Billy, April, Andrew, Erika, Katie and Ryan; three great-grandchildren Julian, Caden, Blayne; nieces, nephews. Henning Fred A. Henning, 83, of Bethlehem, passed away Thursday, August 21, 2008. He was a loving husband to Anne E. (Kirchner) Henning for 60 years this past June. Born in Bangor, he was the son of the late Paul L.

and Lottie A. (Albert) Henning. Fred was a former member of Notre Dame of Bethlehem Catholic Church. He was retired from First Valley Bank in Bethlehem. Fred was a well known pianist for many years around the Lehigh Valley.

He was also a World War veteran serving in the Army. Survivors: He will be sadly missed by his entire family, wife, Anne E. Henning; sons, Glenn R. Henning of Wind Gap, Kevin J. Henning husband of Pamela of Emmaus; grandchildren, Nathaniel, Jeremiah, Micah, Tiffany, and Nicole; great grandchildren, Emily, Evan, and Nicholas.

He was predeceased by a brother, Paul Henning Jr. Services: A viewing will be held a.m. Tuesday, August 26, with a service at 11 a.m. at Downing Funeral Home 1002 W. Broad Bethlehem.

Krycia, 67, of Hellertown, died Thursday, August 21, 2008 at the V.N.A. Hospice House of St. Luke's, Lower Saucon Township. He was the husband of Patricia A. (Smodish) Krycia.

Born in Fountain Hill, PA on May 6, 1941, he was the son of the late Felix and Sophie T. (Golinsky). John worked for Ecolab as a salesman and I serviceman for 20 years until retiring in 2006 prior to that he worked for BASF Wyndotte as a salesman and serviceman for many years. He served his country honorably during Peacetime in the United States Air Force. He was a former member of St.

Stanislaus Catholic Church, Bethlehem. John had a fight club called Specialty Air, he was a certificated flight instructor and taught many people to fly. He also had his commercial pilots license. He was the treasurer for Queen City Airport Action Committee. Flight accomplishments included: airplane single engine land, multi engine, commercial, instrument, CFII.

He gave the gift and love of flying to many. Survivors: In addition to his loving wife of 48 years; son; Michael J. and his wife Jolene of Gladstone, daughter, Susan K. and her husband Michael S. Leraris of Nazareth; brother, Stanley and his wife Patricia of Hellertown; seven grandchildren.

Services: The service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, August 25, at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, 326 Main Street, Hellertown. Family and friends are invited to call p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. The interment will conclude services at Union Cemetery of Hellertown with military honors.

Snyder Sterling S. Snyder, 79, of Kempton, passed away Friday, August 22, 2008 in his home in Weisenberg Township. He was the husband of Eleanor L. (Holben) Snyder. Born in Kempton on October 31, 1928, Sterling was the son of the late Charles F.

and Florence C. (Christman) Snyder. He was employed as Director of School Services for the Parkland School District for 21 years, before retiring in 1992. Sterling served as President of the Lehigh Valley School Plant Managers. Prior to that, he worked for the former W.S.

Reichenbach Sons in Allentown. He faithfully and honorably served his country in the Air Force during the Korean War era with a rank of Technical Sergeant. He was a lifetime member of V.F.W. Post 8282 and American Legion Post 576. Sterling was a lifetime member of St.

Paul's Seiberlingsville U.C.C., Kempton, where he served on the Consistory for more than 20 years. He also enjoyed farming on his family homestead. He was a member of Lehigh Lodge 326, A.M., Trexlertown, the Lehigh Consistory, Valley of Allentown, the Lehigh Shrine Club and the Rajah Temple, Reading. His hobbies included fishing, woodworking and gardening. (competing against his wife's garden).

Survivors: He will be sadly missed by his wife of 56 years, Eleanor; sons, Edward S. Snyder and his wife Donna of New Tripoli and Roger S. Snyder and his wife Marilyn of Kempton; daughter, Sandy E. Davidson and her husband George of Bluffton, South Carolina; sister, Esther Kunkel of Allentown; his beloved granddaughters, Wendy Boyer and her husband Eran, Kimberly Haught and her husband Joshua, and Lydia Snyder; great grandson, Benjamin Boyer. Services: Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m.

Tuesday, August 26, 2008 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville with the Rev. Rebecca J. McMichael officiating. Family and friends may call p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
