Call 610.820.6565 placeanad.mcall.com Linda Ross Linda Ross, 70, of Walnutport, PA, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 in Riverstone Manor. Born September 25, 1951 in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Frank C. Ross, and Ethel (Geles) Ross. She was a member of Assumption BVM Church in Northampton.

Survivors: brother, Frank Ross (Brenda); a niece, Rachael. Services: Funeral service will be private at the convenience of the family. Hebelka, 70, of Breinigsville, passed away unexpect- edly on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at home. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Joseph and Lovie (Grim) Hebelka.

Before retiring, he worked at various companies such as ClimaTemp and Waste Management. He will be remembered for his wood working skills and making furniture, his love of music and playing the guitar and his personal knowledge of WWII. Survivors: daughter Teresa M. Hammel and her Ethan; twin children Brian and Barbara as well as his son Richard and their families; broth- ers James and Larry and his wife Susan; sisters Jeanne Marsteller and her husband Michael, Nancy Reinhard and her husband David and Beverly; grandchildren Gabriel, Lillian and Nicholas and many friends. He was predeceased by a sister Susan E.

Haros 84 of Delray Beach, FL, formerly of Bethlehem, PA, passed away on May 9, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. He spent his life devoted to family and church.

He was the husband of Joann Haros and would have been married 58 years on August 29th. Bill was born in Butler PA, on December 14, 1937, after his parents (the late Nicholas and Angeliki Haros) immigrated to the United States from Kythera, Greece. He graduated from Liberty High School and attended Moravian College. He then worked as a Lab Technician for Bethlehem Steel for many years. He was a member of St.

Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Bethlehem, where he served on church council for over a decade and also was President and Treasurer. After retiring to Florida, he became a member of St. Mark Greek Orthodox Church in Boca Raton. Bill was a life member of The Order of AHEPA Chapter 65 and a former President. He was completely unpretentious and had a great sense of humor.

While his primary joy in life was spending time with his family, his passions also included watching sports, taking trips to the casino, playing pinball, collecting coins and attending community events. He particularly loved baseball and was a lifelong Red Sox fan. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Joann, sons Nicholas (husband of Bernadette) and William brother Nicholas (husband of Pamela), sister Helen and grandchildren Morgan, Janine and Nicholas. A viewing will be held on Sunday May 15th from 6-8 PM, with Trisagion service at 7 PM followed by AHEPA service in the Herron Funeral Home, 458 Center at Market Streets in Bethlehem. The funeral service will be held on Monday May 16th, 11 AM at St.

Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Grace (Bader) Markowitz. Jane attended Emmaus High School.

She was an avid reader and enjoyed garden- ing. Jane is survived by her daughter, Tammy Hein; siblings, Michelle Bollinger, Michael Markowitz, John Markowitz, and Gail Markowitz. She was predeceased by a son, Christopher Hein. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA on December 6, 1942 to the late Stanley and Elizabeth (Peleski) Geskey. Carol was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 56 years, Donald J.

Pulley, Sr. Carol was a gradu- ate of Liberty High School, where she met and fell in love with her high school sweetheart, Don. They had 3 sons, Donald J. Pulley, Jr. and his wife, Karen of South Carolina; Kenneth Pulley of Bethlehem; and Troy Pulley and his wife, Dawn of Georgia.

She will also be dearly missed by her grandchildren, Ryan; Colin and wife, Emmaleigh; Brittany Grant and husband, John; Justin and wife, Erin; Tyler; and Amanda Lawrence and husband, Conner; as well as her great grandchildren, Greyson, Harrison, and Rowan. Arrangements have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home. A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022 from a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 3219 Santee Rd. Litzenberger Leon A. Litzenberger, 78, of Alburtis, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 10, 2022 in his home, surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Dorothy E. (Wilson) Litzenberger, whom he married on September 23, 1967 in Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Old Zionsville, where they remained longtime members. Born in Alburtis, Leon was a son of the late Earl A.

and Helen A. (Dries) Litzenberger and was a 1962 graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School and served in the Army during the Vietnam War. Leon worked for ARA Services, Inc. (now Aramark) for 38 years until his retirement. He was also a farmer for many years, working alongside his father at their Alburtis farm and his father-in-law at Farms in Mertztown.

Leon enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, and most of all, spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Along with his wife, Dorothy, Leon is survived by his three children, Angela (Litzenberger), wife of Michael Surdovel, Alburtis, Tammy (Litzenberger), wife of Ethan Harbison, Macungie, and Stephen Litzenberger, of Janine Hildebrand, East Greenville; seven grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and siblings, Bernice, Linda, Joseph, Brenda, JoAnn, and June, and was predeceased by a brother, Ernest. A funeral service to celebrate and honor the life of Leon will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in Ludwick Funeral Homes and Cremation Care, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, PA. Burial will follow at Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery.

Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Monday morning from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Stefko Terry E. Stefko, 65, of Allentown, died suddenly on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. He was the beloved of Phyllis Wolfe with whom he shared over 22 years together. Born on August 28, 1956 in Allentown he was a son of Marcia (Courtney) Alexander and the late Eugen Stefko.

Terry was currently working as an inspector for Service Tire Truck Center, Allentown. He took pride in his garden and was an avid Eagles fan. Survivors: Terry will be lovingly remembered by his Phyllis; sons, Brett Stefko, and Tyler Stefko and Marisol; daughter, Lindsey Huges and husband Michael; stepsons, Robert Wolfe and wife Beth, and Ryan Wolfe and wife Amber; 14 grandchildren. He was predeceased by brother, Ronnie Stefko. Services: A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 12:00 p.m.
